Springfield Avenue, Belmont Avenue & Court Street

Here is a photo from the Newark Public Library's archives showing the intersection of 15th Avenue, Springfield Avenue, Court Street, Jones Street and Belmont Avenue as it appeared in 1957.

The street on the lower left is 15th Avenue; the street on the lower right, continuing to the top left, is Springfield Avenue; the street at the top going downhill is Court Street.

Side streets out of view are Jones Street, on the left, and the former Belmont Avenue (now Irvine Turner Boulevard) on the right.
